Alan Fletcher is an Australian actor on stage, television and film and a musician. Fletcher is best known for the TV soap opera, Neighbours as Karl Kennedy.

Having appeared in the series since 1994, Fletcher is the third longest-serving actor in an Australian television serial, after Home and Away actors, Ray Meagher and Lynne McGranger.

Fletcher is also the lead singer in a band called, Waiting Room, with other members including Tom Rando, Chris Hawker and drummer Jeff Consi. They have toured the United Kingdom several times.
