The American college basketball player for the Wisconsin Badgers of the Big Ten Conference AJ Storr commenced his basketball playing career at Kankakee High School where he spent three seasons prior to transferring to Bishop Gorman High School.
After his junior year with Bishop Gorman High School, he went to AZ Compass Prep in Chandler, Arizona for the 2020–21 season.

Following his graduation from high school, Storr attended IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida for his postgraduate season.
During his stint there, he averaged 22.8 points per game while shooting 60 percent.
Storr then enrolled at St. John’s University where he played one season for the Red Storm averaging 8.8 points per game and scored a season-high 23 points in a loss to Creighton on January 25, 2023.
After the season, he transferred to the University of Wisconsin to continue his career.
