Afia Schwarzenegger, a comedian and TV celebrity, is mourning the death of her father, Augustine Adjei.

On Instagram, the celebrity shared the news of her father’s death.

Mr Adjei had apparently become ill, albeit she did not comment on the cause of his death. He was reportedly hospitalized to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in December.

Afia Schwarzenegger, also known as Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, is a Ghanaian media personality who was born on February 14, 1982, in Kumasi, Ghana.

Afia hosted the morning show Yewo krom on Okay FM and the Kokooko show on UTV Ghana.

Afia is also the founder of the Leave2Live Foundation, a domestic abuse assistance organization, and the Owontaa Street Ministry, a non-profit organization that feeds Ghana’s least fortunate.

Afia has also worked for Kasapa FM and TV Africa. She rose to prominence as a result of Deloris Frimpong Manso’s Afia Schwarzenegger TV series.
