Afeez Agoro obituary – Afeez Agoro Oladimeji was a Nigerian citizen who was previously known as the country’s tallest man. Agoro was born on December 13, 1975, and died on June 14, 2023, at the age of 48.

Agoro measured 2.25 metres (7 ft 5 in), making him slightly shorter than Abiodun Adegoke, Nigeria’s tallest man at 2.41 metres (7 ft 11 in).
Agoro reportedly died on Wednesday (June 14) night at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) after a long illness.
Pamilerin Adegoke, a renowned Twitter influencer, revealed his death in a tweet on Thursday (June 15).

Announcing Agoro’s death, Adegoke tweeted; “Nigerian tallest man Afeez Agoro Oladimeji is dead after suffering from prolonged sickness.”
According to the Daily Post, Oladimeji, who stood 2.25 metres (7 ft 4 in) tall and was born in Sabo Yaba, Lagos State, had been bedridden for the previous 8 months before his death.
According to reports, he had solicited public funding to enable him to undergo surgery, but before he could even go for the procedure, death placed his icy hands on him at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14.
Agoro’s last Facebook post was on May 28, 2023, after he recovered from a hip replacement.
