Adekunle Kosoko popularly known as Adekule Gold is a Nigerian musician, songwriter and graphic designer. He was born on January 28, 1987, into the Kosoko royal family in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Adekunle Gold began is primary and secondary education in Lagos, he currently holds a higher national diploma in Arts and Design from Lagos State Polytechnic.
During childhood days, he developed an interest in music and joined the church choir during his teenage days. Adekunle Gold started doing Solo after he quit from a music group he created with his friend while in school.
In 2014, he rose to fame after he released his single, Sade, a song which talks about One Direction’s life story.
