Adam DeVine Parents: Meet Dennis DeVine, Penny DeVine

Adam DeVine is an American actor, comedian, singer, writer, and producer. He is the son of Dennis DeVine and Penny DeVine.

He grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and attended Millard South High School before graduating in 2002. His friend and eventual co-star Blake Anderson was a classmate at Orange Coast College.

Adam DeVine rose to prominence through his role as Adam DeMamp in the television series “Workaholics,” which aired from 2011 to 2017. The show, which he co-created and co-wrote, showcased his comedic talent and earned him a dedicated fan base.

In addition to “Workaholics,” Adam DeVine has appeared in various films. He is known for his roles in comedy movies such as “Pitch Perfect” (2012) and its sequels. DeVine has also lent his voice to animated films including Ice Age: Collision Course and The Lego Batman Movie, as well as in the animated series Uncle Grandpa, Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, Vampirina, Green Eggs and Ham and Extinct.

Aside from his acting career, DeVine has pursued music and comedy outside of television and film. He has performed as a stand-up comedian and has released comedy specials. DeVine has also showcased his musical talents by performing with his band, Adam DeVine & The Sweethearts.
