Tamil actor Daniel Balaji, known for his versatile performances in the Tamil film industry, has passed away at the age of 48 due to a heart attack. The sudden demise of the actor has left fans, family, and colleagues in shock.

Reports indicate that Daniel Balaji experienced chest pain on March 29, 2024, following which he was rushed to a hospital in Chennai’s Kottivakam. Despite the best efforts of the medical team, Balaji could not be revived.
His body has been taken to his residence in Purasaiwalkam for final rites, marking the end of an era in Tamil cinema.

Daniel Balaji began his journey in the entertainment industry as a unit production manager for Kamal Haasan’s ambitious project, ‘Marudhunayagam’.
He made his mark in television with a significant role in Radikaa Sarathkumar’s popular series, ‘Chithhi’, where he portrayed the character Daniel, earning him the screen name Daniel Balaji.
Throughout his career, Daniel showcased his acting prowess in various films, television shows, and across multiple languages, including Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada. His last appearance was in the film ‘Ariyavan’ in 2023.
