During an interview on The Keypoints, the Legislator raised important questions about the destination and utilization of the funds, highlighting the lack of visible impact on the ground despite the President’s announcement.

Ablakwa emphasized that all support provided so far has come from private individuals and non-governmental organizations, with no tangible assistance from the government for rehabilitation or construction efforts.

Ablakwa stressed the importance of seeking clarity through an urgent question in Parliament to shed light on the situation and ensure accountability. He urged the government to learn from this experience to prevent similar incidents in the future.
