Haley and Kaitlin are the beloved daughters of American professional baseball coach and former player who is the manager of the Detroit Tigers of Major League Baseball A.J. Hinch and his wife Erin Hinch.

Haley Hinch, the first daughter of A. J. Hinch was born in 2003 whereas the second daughter, Kaitlin Hinch was born in 2005.

Their dad, A.J. Hinch, on the other hand, is a very popular baseball coach and former player.

A.J. Hinch played catcher for the Oakland Athletics (1998–2000), Kansas City Royals (2001–2002), Detroit Tigers (2003), and Philadelphia Phillies (2004).
After retiring from his playing career, Hinch managed the Arizona Diamondbacks from May 2009 to July 2010, and was vice president of professional scouting for the San Diego Padres from September 2010 to August 2014.
Hinch also managed the Houston Astros from 2015 through 2019, winning the 2017 World Series over the Los Angeles Dodgers, but was fired after being suspended for the 2020 season for his role in the Houston Astros sign stealing scandal.
Hinch did admit that he did not stop the practice or explicitly let it be known that he disapproved of it.
Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred harshly criticized Hinch for not doing more to stop the scheme.
