Griggs began her career as a child actor when she played Molly in Annie and hosted the Nickelodeon kids show Rated K.

Robyn Griggs rose to prominence in the daytime soap operas One Life to Live as Stephanie Hobart, for which she received a Young Artist Award nomination and Another World as Maggie Cory.
After her soap roles, Griggs starred in such genre films as Severe Injuries (2003), Dead Clowns (2004), The Absence of Light (2006) and Hellweek (2010).
