Andrew Fletcher was an English keyboard player, DJ and founding member of the electronic band Depeche Mode. In 2020, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Depeche Mode.

How Did Andrew Fletcher Die?
In April 2022, he fractured his waist on holiday to Barcelona. Fletcher died on May 26, 2022, at the age of 60.
His death was confirmed in a statement by the band on social media which said, “We are shocked and filled with overwhelming sadness with the untimely death of our dear friend, family member and bandmate, Andrew Fletcher.
The actual cause of his death has not been confirmed yet.
