– Strict: 50% refund up to 7 days before the experience start time, except fees.
– Super Strict: No refund after booking, except fees.

You can find the cancellation policy of each listing on the experience page, under the “Booking Options” section. You can also check the cancellation policy of your booking in your confirmation email or in your Temu account.

To request a refund from your host, you need to cancel your booking first. You can do this by going to your Temu account, selecting the booking you want to cancel, and clicking on “Cancel Booking”. You will see the amount of refund you are eligible for based on the cancellation policy and the date of cancellation. You will also have the option to send a message to your host explaining why you are canceling.

Once you cancel your booking, your refund will be processed automatically by Temu within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email from Temu once your refund is completed.
