P. V. Narasimha Rao wife: Meet Satyamma Rao

P. V. Narasimha Rao, a notable figure in Indian politics, had a life intertwined with both family and public service.

His wife, Satyamma, married him at a young age, as was customary then. Their marriage lasted until her passing in 1970, and they were blessed with eight children.

Rao’s political journey began in Hyderabad, where he opposed the Nizam’s rule. Joining the Indian National Congress, he ascended in Andhra Pradesh, serving as Chief Minister and advocating for social reforms.

Nationally, he held positions such as Foreign Minister before assuming the role of Prime Minister after Rajiv Gandhi’s tragic death in 1991.
