Despite Fulham’s desire to retain him, as he revealed in a March 2024 interview, Willian has opted to explore new opportunities elsewhere.

Willian is currently 35 years of age and he has been a prominent figure in the Premier League, having initially moved to England in 2013 to join Chelsea from Anzhi Makhachkala.

During his time with Chelsea, he made 317 Premier League appearances, scored 47 goals, and won two Premier League titles in 2015 and 2017.

After a brief stint with Arsenal and a return to Brazil with Corinthians, Willian joined Fulham, where he contributed significantly over two seasons.

As Willian departs, reports suggest that he is in discussions with multiple clubs, including those in Saudi Arabia and Major League Soccer, as he considers the next step in his illustrious career.
