Kirstie Goodwillie is the wife of former Scotland striker, David Goodwillie, who plays for Scottish Championship club Raith Rovers.

Kristie, 25, was formerly Miss Scotland finalist, she got married to David last June — months before a judge ordered him to pay victim Denise £100,000 compo for the 2011 sexual attack.

After the court ruling, the player quit English League Two side Plymouth Argyle to “focus on a potential appeal”.

David came through the Dundee United youth system and he won the SPFA and SFWA Young Player of the Year awards for the 2010–2011 season.
His performances with United earned him selection for the Scotland national team and a £2 million move to Blackburn Rovers, who were then in the English Premier League.
In June 2008, Goodwillie was convicted of assaulting a man in a Stirling nightclub, and was fined £250.
In September 2009 Goodwillie was arrested after a nightclub doorman was knocked unconscious. Two months later, Goodwillie was convicted of assault and received a £200 fine.
