He is the heir to a £19 billion family wealth, so it’s understandable why Kim Kardashian would want to party with British property tycoon Jamie Rueben.
The reality TV actress, 40, who filed for divorce from Kanye West in February, made headlines when she was photographed arriving for Jamie’s 34th birthday party in a Beverly Hills house.
It’s unclear how Jamie and Kim know one other, although they seem to hang around in the same circles. Jamie has partied in Cannes with Paris Hilton, Kim’s childhood best friend, and his pals with Scooter Braun, the California-based media tycoon who manages Kardashian family buddy Justin Bieber.

But, although his A-list pals enjoy the limelight, Jamie wishes to remain anonymous. Indeed, the mega-rich heir is shrouded in mystery, with Tatler dubbing him “one of London’s most enigmatic bachelors.”
It is unknown what drew Jamie to California, other than the opportunity to celebrate with the stars, but it is likely that he is combining business and pleasure.
