Erica Stoll is an American socialite and the wife of Northern Irish professional golfer, Rory McIlroy. A former employee of PGA America, she served as the Manager of the Championship Volunteer Operations for the organization in 2011.

She has since left her job and currently accompanies Rory around the world to his tournaments.

Erica’s first meeting with Rory McIlroy was in September 2012 while she was with PGA America.

Having almost missed his match at the Ryder Cup at Medinah, Illinois because he overslept, Rory was rescued by Erica when she noticed he had not left the hotel. She proceeded to drive him to the golf course 12 minutes before tee-off.
Rory went on to defeat his opponent, Keegan Bradley. This victory marked the genesis of a beautiful friendship with Erica despite Rory dating tennis player Caroline Wozniacki at the time.
Rory proceeded to break off his engagement to Caroline in May 2014.
Since 2017, Erica Stoll has been married to the professional golfer with whom she has one child.
