Wes Foderingham, whose contract expired at the end of the season, will join West Ham on a two-year deal as their third-choice goalkeeper.

Wes Foderingham will provide competition for current goalkeepers Alphonse Areola and Lukasz Fabianski as the Hammers embark on a new chapter under manager Julen Lopetegui.

Wes Foderingham is eager to bounce back after a challenging season at Bramall Lane, where Sheffield United finished at the bottom of the Premier League.

Wes Foderingham conceded 79 goals in 30 starts, but will now look to revitalize his career at West Ham.

Wes Foderingham’s addition marks West Ham’s second signing of the season, following the acquisition of young Brazilian winger Luis Guilherme last week.

The 18-year-old, who joined from Palmeiras on a five-year deal, is considered one of the most exciting prospects in South American football.
