The king of Zulu, Goodwill Zwelithini, has reportedly been admitted to the intensive care unit of a hospital.

It’s been disclosed that it’s a hospital in Zululand without the name being divulged. According to sources, he was hospitalized after his glucose level went high. Considering the current covid 19 situations at hand several tests are to be run for him.
However, Zulu healthcare workers are monitoring his glucose level to prevent further complications. Different messages have since flowed to wish him a speedy recovery as he battles for his life.
The news reads:
NEWS: Zulu King, Goodwill Zwelithini, is currently receiving doctor’s attention in an ICU unit of an undisclosed Zululand hospital. The king was admitted to deal with his perennial diabetes issues and his team felt he should be hospitalized for intensive medical attention.
Another message reads:
King Goodwill Zwelithini has been hospitalized & is in Intensive Care. The Zulu King who is diabetic was admitted after several unstable glucose readings raised concern. Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi speaking on behalf of the royal family says Drs placed him in ICU to stabilize him.
