Verydarkman Calls Out Tinubu’s Daughter, Folashade Tinubu for Warning Market Women Against Protests

Vincent Martins Otse, widely known as Verydarkman (VDM), has openly criticized Folashade Tinubu, the Iyaloja of Nigeria and daughter of President Tinubu, over her recent directive to market women.

Folashade Tinubu had asked these women to discourage their children from protesting and to allow her father, President Bola Tinubu, three years in office before making any complaints.

In a social media post, Verydarkman voiced his disapproval of Folashade Tinubu’s remarks. He argued that it is unreasonable to expect silence from the public while the current administration is worsening economic hardships.

VDM condemned President Tinubu’s first year in office as the worst so far, highlighting the severe impact of the sharp rise in fuel prices.

Verydarkman also pointed out the contradiction in Folashade Tinubu’s stance, reminding her that her father had once supported protests against former President Goodluck Jonathan when fuel prices were raised from N65 to N87.

While affirming the right to protest, VDM condemned the looting of properties, urging Folashade Tinubu to advise her father to take steps to address the ongoing economic issues.
