American actor Tyler Gerald Burrell was born in the United States. Despite eight consecutive nominations, Burrell’s most well-known role is that of Phil Dunphy on the ABC comedy Modern Family, for which he received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series in 2011 and 2014.
