Two Person In Critical Condition After Fatal Accident In Birim North

two middle-aged women are currently in critical condition, fighting for their lives following a fatal accident. The incident occurred at the Akyem Mamanso Durbar grounds during a funeral.

The event happened when a Hyundai minivan, bearing registration number GW 8107–19, veered into a group of mourners gathered to pay their respects to a departed driver. The atmosphere, already heavy with grief, was shattered as another driver, known as Alink, lost control of the vehicle while showcasing his driving prowess.

The women suffered grievous injuries, unfortunately losing both of their legs in the collision. Their lives now hang in the balance as they fight for survival at the New Abirim Government Hospital.

A child who was behind one of the victims during the time of the incident is also on admission at the same hospital receiving treatment.
