Tottenham Told To Pay Around £30m To Sign Albert Guðmundsson

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing 27-year-old Genoa star Albert Guðmundsson this summer.

Albert Guðmundsson  has been impressive in Italy since joining the club in 2022, earning rave reviews for his performances.

Albert Guðmundsson played a crucial role in helping Genoa secure promotion from Serie B, scoring 11 goals in 36 league appearances during his first season. Last term, he continued to shine, netting 16 goals in 37 games.

Albert Guðmundsson is under contract at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris until 2027, but Genoa are reportedly willing to let him leave for a fee around £30 million, according to media reports.

Tottenham, who recently signed Radu Drăgușin from Genoa in January, are now targeting another player from the Italian club.

While Spurs can afford the £30 million asking price for Albert Guðmundsson, they may attempt to negotiate a lower transfer fee.

Additionally, Tottenham are looking to strengthen their squad further and signing Albert Guðmundsson will improve their attack.
