ON September 4, 2021, comedian Fuquan Johnson, a writer for the TV series Comedy Parlour Live along with two others lost their lives in what appears to be a fentanyl-laced cocaine overdose at a Venice, Calif. party on Friday.

Two other victims were pronounced dead at the spot. They were Natalie Williamson aged 33 and comedian Enrico Colangeli aged 43. Kate Quigley, a comedian survived but is in critical condition in a hospital in Los Angeles. At least three others were hospitalized in serious condition.

Quigley, who once dated Hootie & The Blowfish lead singer Darius Rucker, has appeared in several television shows including The Office, Star Trek: Hidden Frontier, and Guber according to Daily Mail.
The other victims were not identified pending a medical examiner’s report.
Furquan and Kate are known to have been friends and have been photographed together over the last few years.
No one knows who supplied the drugs and whether other people at the party also consumed the laced cocaine.
Autopsies will be conducted on all three victims.
