Ghana’s gospel sensation, Team Eternity, delivered a powerhouse performance at this year’s Xplo event, held on Saturday, July 20, at the Bethany Methodist Church hall in Dzorwulu, Accra.

The evening, marked by divine melodies and spiritual upliftment, was a highlight of the church’s annual celebration organized by its youth.
The night began with the host choir, Bethany Choir, who set a reverent tone with their uplifting chorales. Following them, The Emeralds of Praise and Minister Kweku Teye enchanted the audience with their soothing, spirit-filled worship songs. The Voice of Praise kept the energy high with renditions of beloved old-school gospel classics.
However, the atmosphere reached new heights when Team Eternity graced the stage.

Known for their dynamic performances, the group captivated the audience with a selection of exciting tracks, including their popular song “Yes Sir.” The crowd’s anticipation peaked as Team Eternity closed the night with their electrifying hit, “Defe Defe,” leaving everyone in awe of their vibrant energy.
Nana Ama Aseidua Okyere, Chairperson of the organizing committee, addressed the gathering with a heartfelt welcome. She emphasized that Xplo is not merely a celebration of God’s love and grace but also serves as a fundraiser.
The proceeds from the event are designated to support the church’s prison evangelism efforts, which aim to offer hope, redemption, and the message of Christ’s love to those in need.
This year’s Xplo event, themed “Growing in Christian Maturity,” encapsulated the church’s commitment to fostering spiritual growth and outreach.
Team Eternity’s performance was a fitting tribute to the event’s spirit, marking a memorable night of worship and celebration for all who attended.
