Seymour ‘Sy’ Kravitz is an American filmmaker and NBC TV News Producer of Ukrainian Jewish descent.
Sy Kravitz was born on December 10, 1924 in Brooklyn, New York. Details about Sy Kravitz’s parents, early childhood and education are not yet known. However, Sy Kravitz had a brother, PFC Leonard Harold Kravitz who was killed in the Korean War. Leonard Harold Kravitz was later given the Distinguished Service Cross posthumously.
