Stonebwoy’s Old Classroom Video Resurfaces Amid Degree Controversy

Ghanaian dancehall musician Stonebwoy recently graduated from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) on Friday, 26 July 2024. 

Following his graduation, videos of Stonebwoy participating in class activities surfaced on social media. A video, shared by blogger Zionfelix on Instagram, showed Stonebwoy actively engaged in classroom discussions, reading to the class and answering questions

Stonebwoy’s success at GIMPA has been widely celebrated by fans and fellow musicians.

While many congratulated Stonebwoy for his academic feat, some netizens raised doubts about the legitimacy of his degree. Skeptics suggested that he might have bought his way through school, questioning how he could have managed to attend classes and sit for exams amid his busy schedule.

Screenshots purportedly from Stonebwoy’s classmates have been shared online, with some individuals claiming he did not deserve the certificate.

Despite the controversy, Stonebwoy’s graduation from GIMPA remains a huge milestone in his life.
