Sonya, 58, is seen asking the officers to stop talking to her and trying to reach the vehicle, explaining that they were being prevented from going back to their original location and that the driver couldn’t reach them.
A translator attempts to explain the police’s stance, indicating that no one is allowed to cross the street due to barricades. The officers express their apologies, which only adds to Ayesha’s distress as she wipes away tears.
The incident occurred after Stephen Curry’s game against France, where he celebrated with his supporters on the sidelines. The video highlights the challenges faced by Ayesha and her party as they navigated the restricted area following the game.
