Movie producer Stanley Ontop has strongly criticized Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) President Emeka Rollas for lifting the suspension of Adanma Luke.

Luke had been suspended following the tragic death of actor Junior Pope. The suspension was recently lifted by Rollas, sparking Ontop’s outrage.
In a video posted on Instagram, Ontop questioned the decision to lift the suspension so quickly and without any compensation to Pope’s family.
He described the move as “wicked” and expressed his frustration by calling for Rollas’s resignation.

Ontop’s video, which was accompanied by a scathing caption, criticized the AGN leadership for their actions.
He asked why there had been no fine or proper process before lifting the suspension and accused the AGN officials of rushing to remove it.
He ended his message with a call for divine judgment on the AGN and a demand for Rollas to step down immediately.
Junior Pope’s death in April 2024 came as a shock to many in the film industry and among his fans. Known for his vibrant performances and contributions to Nollywood, Pope’s sudden demise left a significant void.
