Sipili Falatea began his rugby career with mainland France in 2015, under Colomiers academy.
Falatea now plays as a prop for the French club Bordeaux Bègles, as well as the France national team.

Falatea began to play for the French national team in 2021, participating in the summer tour of Australia. So far, he has made 13 appearances for France, scoring 5 points.
Falatea hails from a family of rugby players. His brother Tapu Falatea and his nephew Yoram Moefana also play rugby at the professional level.
