Female Nigerian singer, Simi, has narrated how she managed to hide her pregnancy from her fans and the general public.

According to her, she used to wear cardigans when she was to perform on stage because, at the time, only her team members knew she was pregnant. She also stated that she could not dance on stage because it was slippery and she was scared she will trip.
Simi also added that before her daughter, Deja was born, she had already travelled the world with her due to her shows in other countries.

Simi’s post reads;
“I was 6mths pregnant and I was in Sierra Leone rehearsing for my show with @wunmi_king and @therealboluwatife. The entire trip was so wild for me cos only my team knew I was pregnant so I was wearing a sweater in the sun. I couldn’t even dance on the stage cos it was slippery and I was so scared I was going to trip”.
