Russell Woolf was a Western Australian media personality born in Peth in 1964. Russell was best known as a presenter for ABC Radio located in Perth, Australia.

Russell was initially a weather presenter for the ABC news but due to budgetary conditions, the role was handed to the main newsreader.

On 26 October 2021, Woolf’s colleague, Geoff Hutchison, announced his death on ABC Radio Perth. It was reported that he died in his sleep unexpectedly as such his cause of death is not yet known.
