Accompanied by her legal representative Olawale Amousa and Michael Obinna Nwabufo, the acting president of the Practitioners of Content Creating, Skit-making and Influencers Guild of Nigeria (PCCSIGN), Phyna convened with representatives from the show’s sponsors on Thursday, April 18, 22024, in a bid to resolve the prize redemption debacle.

This development arose just two weeks after Phyna took to Instagram to express her dissatisfaction, stating that she had not yet received some of the prizes promised to her for winning the show in 2022.

In a statement issued on Thursday, PCCSIGN revealed that agreements with Pepsi and Unik Soap had been reached, with delivery scheduled for Friday, April 19, 2024. However, Nwabufo disclosed that Phyna and her team had rejected proposals presented by Travelbeta and Quidax Global.
