The UEFA Champions League Twitter page handle has been left confused as to who to select as the best between Real Madrid defender, Marcelo and former Barcelona defender, Dani Alves.

These two top defenders all are Brazilian nationals but became football rivals on their arrival in Spain. The players have made a name in football at both club and international levels. Their contribution to the success of their respective teams, Real Madrid and Barcelona will remain history.
The debate as to who is the best among the two was left to the general public to decide after UEFA Champions League shared their images on Twitter to allow their followers to decide but surprisingly the two players joined the voting.

However, Real Madrid defender, Marcelo Jr quoted the tweet and tagged Dani Alves that he is the best. That was not enough to get the best as Dani Alves also quoted the tweet stating that Marcelo is the best. In reference to trophies won, Dani Alves is the most decorated whereas Marcelo Jr is the master on the ball.
