Orlando Magic: Cole Anthony’s profane and derogatory remarks to official land him $25K fine

The NBA has fined Magic’s Cole Anthony $25,000 for profane and derogatory remarks he made about an official during the conclusion of the Magic’s loss to the Clippers on Wednesday, the NBA has said in an official press release.

Byron Spruell, President, League Operations, said on Friday that the Orlando Magic guard has been fined $25,000 for directing profane and derogatory remarks toward a game official.

The incident occurred at the conclusion of the Magic’s 111-102 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Jan. 26 at Amway Center.
