On Wednesday, July 10, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olukayode Ariwoola, presided over a significant ceremony at the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He administered the oath of office to 22 newly appointed Justices of the Court of Appeal and 12 Judges of the High Court of The Federal Capital Territory.
The event marked a pivotal moment in Nigeria’s judicial system, reinforcing its commitment to judicial independence and the rule of law.
Among the newly appointed Justices are notable individuals from various states across Nigeria. These include Abdullahi Muhammad Liman from Nasarawa State, Abiodun Azeem Akinyemi from Ogun State, and Olukayode Adegbola Adeniyi from Oyo State, among others.
