Newcastle United have finalized the signing of Greek international Odysseas Vlachodimos, securing the 30-year-old goalkeeper from Nottingham Forest.

Odysseas Vlachodimos underwent a successful medical assessment in Athens before completing his move to St James’ Park.
Odysseas Vlachodimos, standing at 6ft 2in, brings extensive experience from over 151 appearances for Benfica, including notable Champions League outings.

Odysseas Vlachodimos joins Newcastle with ambitions beyond a backup role, expressing his determination to compete for the number 1 goalkeeper position alongside Nick Pope.
