Ghanaian Highlife legend and the newly appointed spokesperson for National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the creative arts, Rex Owusu Marfo, popularly known as Rex Omar has endorsed the National Democratic Congress’ manifesto, ‘The People’s Manifesto’ as one of the best manifestos since the first republic.
