At a recent anti-racism event, De Laurentiis emphasized the need for careful and unbiased consideration before making any decisions. He believes that clear and fair thinking should guide their choices, not blind enthusiasm.

Sky Sport Italia has indicated that talks with Conte have been moving forward positively, and further discussions are planned in the next couple of days.
Since leaving Tottenham in March 2023, Conte, who has a successful track record in Italy with four Serie A championships —three with Juventus and once with Inter Milan, has been available.
