Muhammad Mokaev, a skilled freestyle wrestler and mixed martial artist, competes in the flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and previously in the Brave Combat Federation (BCF). He is currently rated #12 in the UFC flyweight rankings as of January 24, 2023.

In November 2015, Mokaev started his amateur MMA career. By the end of 2016, he had won his first four matches. On February 11, 2017, at the age of 16, he defeated his opponent by a unanimous decision to win the flyweight title for Tanko FC.
After that, Mokaev went four years without losing and won the IMMAF Amateur junior bantamweight title in 2018 and 2019.

Mokaev initially trained with Colin Heron at the Kaobon MMA club in Liverpool, where he also worked as a mat cleaner to pay for his membership.
Mokaev made his professional MMA debut on August 1, 2020, in Sweden at Brave Combat Federation 37, where he defeated Glenn McVeigh by unanimous decision. He excelled in this battle and was awarded the “Fight of the Night Bonus.”
