Babatope, who will act as Group CEO, announced that Nile will have five subsidiaries: Nile Entertainment, Nile Cinemas, Nile Motion Pictures, Nile Studio Lab, and The Nile Foundation.
The company has already secured the rights to distribute 31 films both locally and internationally.

His departure from FilmOne was announced three months ago, and his new venture marks a fresh chapter in his career.

Craig previously led production at NdaniTV. Lolu Desalu, former chief marketing officer at Filmhouse Group, will take on the role of executive director.
PR expert Bukky George Taylor will be the VP of Nile X, the cinema division, and Nowekere Alexis Segun-Ojo will manage distribution and marketing.
Babatope shared with Nollywire his ambition to steer the Nigerian film industry with innovative ideas.
He emphasized the company’s mission to celebrate African stories and present them on a global platform in exceptional ways.
Nile Media aims to revolutionize the entertainment sector by exploring new markets and expanding the industry’s reach within West Africa and beyond, contributing to Nigeria’s economic growth.
