Mohbad’s father defiantly responds to critics over wearing son’s clothes

Joseph Aloba, father of the late Afrobeat artist Mohbad, has been seen wearing his late son’s clothes, which has led to some backlash.

Since Mohbad’s passing a few months ago, Mr. Aloba has faced numerous challenges, including a DNA request from his daughter-in-law, issues related to his son’s early burial, property disputes, and more.

In a recent interview with TikTok influencer @kachi_wire_, Mr. Aloba addressed the criticism he’s received for wearing his late son’s clothes. He explained that he and his son wore the same size, and he finds it absurd that people are upset about him wearing his son’s clothes.

Mr. Aloba emphasized that his main goal is to seek justice for his son, rather than getting distracted by what he referred to as ‘nonsense’ from others.

He stated, “Mohbad is my son and I can wear his clothes, we both wear the same size of clothes, anybody that doesn’t like the fact that I am wearing my late son’s clothes is free to say whatever they like, my only focus right now is To get justice for my late son.”
