Michelle Emma May Elizabeth Donelan best known as Michelle Donelan is a British politician who has served as Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport since September 2022.

Michelle was previously;
- Minister of State for Higher and Further Education from 2020 to 2022, and
- Secretary of State for Education for two days during the July 2022 UK government crisis.
She was born on 8 April 1984. Despite being a very popular figure, Michelle has not shared information regarding the identity of her parents.
Michelle was educated at The County High School, Leftwich, and was awarded a bachelor’s degree in history and politics from the University of York.

Michelle has also being Member of Parliament (MP) for Chippenham in Wiltshire since 2015.
Prior to election 2015, Michelle’s career outside politics was in marketing, where she worked on Marie Claire magazine and for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
Michelle was appointed Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (“culture secretary”) on 6 September 2022 by then prime minister Liz Truss.
Michelle retained the same position in Prime Minister Rishu Sunak’s government after the resignation of Liz Truss.
