The album, which dropped on Friday, June 28, 2024, features the previously released No. 1 hit “Hiss” and introduces “Rattle,” a track that has fans buzzing.

In “Rattle,” Megan uses sharp lyrics to mock Nicki, especially targeting her personal life. The chorus pointedly states, “Ain’t got no tea on me, this ho think she TMZ,” directly referencing Nicki’s threats from her earlier track “Big Foot,” where she claimed to have incriminating information on Megan.

Megan’s lyrics delve deeper, criticizing Nicki’s focus on her family life with husband Kenneth Petty and their 3-year-old son.

She retorts, “Damn, bitch, it’s been four years / Worry ’bout your man and your kid / Your life must be borin’ as f**k if you still reminiscing ’bout s**t that we did!!!”

The diss track marks a significant shift in their relationship, once characterized by camaraderie. The duo famously coined the phrase “Hot Girl Summer” together in their 2019 hit featuring Ty Dolla $ign. However, the friendship has since soured, leading to the current rivalry.

Megan’s ongoing “Hot Girl Summer” tour with GloRilla recently extended its dates, further fueling the competition between the two rap queens. Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj has been riding high on the success of her “Pink Friday 2” tour, which became the highest-grossing tour by a female rapper ever.
