He started by sharing his travel experiences on social media, which quickly gained attention. Seeing the growing interest, he launched Jetsanza.com, now Ghana’s top travel blog. He has visited all ten regions of Ghana and traveled to over 50 countries across Africa, Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia, filling eight passports along the way.

In 2017, he revealed that his blogging income had reached $30,000 per week, drawing widespread attention. In 2018, Avance Media ranked him 10th among Ghana’s Top 50 Bloggers. He is also a member of Blogging Ghana and the Arts and Tourism Writers Association of Ghana.

Akesse is passionate about safe migration and fights against human trafficking. Through his blog, he educates readers on legal and affordable travel options to help them avoid exploitation.

He has also covered major global tourism events, including ITB Berlin, WTM London, Africa’s Travel Indaba, Africa Tourism Leadership Forum & Awards, Africa Business Tourism & MICE Masterclass, and The Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation Summit & Challenge.

Although he travels frequently, Akesse is based in Kumasi, Ghana. His net worth is estimated at $5 million.
