The New York Jets, who have recently upgraded their offense despite the ongoing Aaron Rodgers problem, have recently added Mecole Hardman, a seasoned and skilled wide receiver. Hardman, a two-time Super Bowl champion, once played for the Kansas City Chiefs.

He will now be a member of the Jets’ wide receiver group, which also features the recently acquired Allen Lazard and the Offensive Rookie of the Year in the NFL, Garret Wilson.

Because of Lazard’s previous playing history with the Packers, there have been media reports about Aaron Rodgers.
According to the NFL Network, Hardman’s Jets contract may be valued at up to $6.5 million.

He spent his first four NFL seasons as a rookie with the Kansas City Chiefs before being moved to the New York Jets.

Although Rodgers’ admission on The Pat McAfee Show that he wants to play for the Jets, a deal between the Packers and the Jets has not yet been completed, preventing Rodgers from potentially moving to New York.

Another Jets player who wasn’t happy with the team last season was Elijah Moore. Moore, a talented young wide receiver, requested a trade, but the team turned it down.

In exchange for Hardman, the Jets received a second and third-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
