Manchester United are set to get a boost with three players returning ahead of Saturday’s game against Everton.

United lost 1-0 at Tottenham last time, leaving them 15th in the Premier League table as a difficult run continues for Ruben Amorim.

Losing to former United manager David Moyes would only increase the pressure on Amorim, who has seen the use of his favored 3-4-3 system criticized.

While injuries aren’t the only problem for United, they haven’t helped.

Amad Diallo will not play again this season after suffering an ankle ligament injury in training, while Kobbie Mainoo is facing an extended spell on the sidelines.

However, Christian Eriksen, Leny Yoro, and Manuel Ugarte are fit and available after missing the loss to Tottenham.

Amorim confirmed that Eriksen, Yoro, and Ugarte are fit but that others are still recovering.

“We haven’t lost any more players. Chris, Manu, and Leny are back. Amad is out for a long time, and Mason and Luke are still recovering. I don’t know when they’ll return,” Amorim told reporters.

Altay Bayindir and Toby Collyer remain sidelined, along with Mason Mount and Jonny Evans. Lisandro Martinez’s knee injury is expected to keep him out for a significant period.
