Previously linked with a return to Barcelona in the Spanish League, Dani Olmo’s €60 million release clause at RB Leipzig has proven to be a stumbling block for the financially-struggling Barcelona.
While Barcelona has dropped out of the race, other top European clubs are still keen on securing Dani Olmo’s services for the upcoming season.

The key factor in any potential transfer is timing, as his release clause is reportedly only valid until July 15 before it increases.
According to the latest update from Mundo Deportivo, Manchester City are currently the front runners to secure Dani Olmo’s signature, with Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich also showing interest.
However, Bayern Munich is unlikely to meet the high price, whereas it poses no issue for either Manchester City or PSG who are financial suitable to meet RB Leipzig’s demands.
