Renowned reggae artist Luciano has heaped praise on Ghanaian international star Stonebwoy for his stellar performance at the 2024 Reggae Geel Festival in Belgium.

The Telecel Ghana Music Awards 2024 Artiste of the Year made a triumphant return to one of Europe’s premier reggae festival stages on August 3rd, marking eight years since his historic debut in 2016.
Stonebwoy joined a lineup of reggae and Afrobeats heavyweights, delivering an electrifying performance in front of over 50,000 attendees at Geel’s Belse Bossen.
His hour-long set featured a slew of fan favorites, including “Run Go,” “Ekelebe,” “Shuga,” “Everlasting,” “Into The Future,” “Your Body,” “Hero,” “Activate,” and more, creating a unique and captivating atmosphere that underscored his status as a leading voice in the African reggae scene.
Following his commanding performance, Luciano commended Stonebwoy for his relentless efforts in advancing the dancehall culture and expressed a desire to collaborate with him.

“You are hardworking. I love your work, I want us to work on a collaboration,” Luciano stated.
Stonebwoy’s musical prowess continues to garner global acclaim, evidenced by his recent success at the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards, where he won seven prestigious awards, including Artist of the Year.
This year, he has released well-received singles such as “Ekelebe” and “Your Body,” and delivered standout performances at major festivals, including the Summerjam Festival in Germany, Austin Reggae Festival, CaliVibes Festival in the US, and Island Music Festival in Jamaica.
Adding to his impressive year, Stonebwoy is set to release his third official single of the year, “Pray For Me,” featuring legendary musician Wyclef Jean.
The song, accompanied by an inspirational video shot in London, will be available on Friday, August 9th.
