Laura Palmer, who worked alongside Cluff in various capacities before becoming the executive producer of The Early Edition, praised his kindness and authenticity.
She said: “He was really a very kind, generous, sweet human being. And you probably could tell from listening to him, but he was entertaining. He loved having a good time and he wanted people around him to feel that they could sit down and have a coffee with him and just be their authentic selves.”
